Terms & Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY
You are fully responsible for all rented equipment from the time of pick-up or delivery until it is returned. Full payment is required before delivery or at the time of pick-up. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or losses.
RENTAL PERIOD
Your rental period begins either on the date and time stated on your invoice or when the equipment is delivered—whichever is later.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit will be applied to your initial payment.
Rental charges begin at the start of your rental period and continue until the end of the agreed-upon timeframe, or the minimum hire period specified on the invoice—whichever is later.
EQUIPMENT USE
You agree to use the equipment safely, as intended, and without modifications. It must be returned in its original condition. You must also comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding use and maintenance.
DAMAGE & LOSS
You are liable for any damage to or loss of equipment, except for normal wear and tear. Charges for repair or replacement may be invoiced upon return.
You are also responsible for any damage or injury caused by the equipment during your rental period and agree to indemnify Drink About It Mobile for any related claims, damages, or expenses.
Malicious damage carries a minimum fee of $3,000.
PARKING REQUIREMENTS
Our team arrives with vehicles and trailers sized according to your event. We must be able to park near the venue entrance for unloading and loading. Please ensure no parking restrictions prevent this.
After unloading, vehicles must remain parked on-site for security and restocking needs. If we’re forced to park illegally, you will be responsible for any non-endorsable fines.
Note: We will not park in areas with risk of towing, lock-in, or legal penalties. Our drivers have final say on parking and safety decisions.
CHANGES TO BOOKING
You may upgrade your package with advance notice and written approval. However, downgrades are not permitted due to pre-planning and purchasing commitments.
Changes must be approved in writing by Drink About It Mobile and may be denied if requested within 14 days of the event. If accepted, an updated invoice will be issued and must be paid within 2 days.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this payment is submitted.
ALCOHOL POLICY
In compliance with Alabama law, Drink About It Mobile does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol. As the host, you are responsible for purchasing and serving all alcoholic beverages.
Only guests 21 and older may consume alcohol. Hosts are responsible for verifying age and ensuring compliance with all relevant alcohol laws.
Drink About It Mobile reserves the right to discontinue equipment use if we observe misuse, overconsumption, or illegal service.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancel more than 28 days before event: Non-refundable deposit retained.
Cancel between 28 and 14 days: 50% refund of total payment.
Cancel 14 days or less before event: No refund.
All bookings must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
DISCLAIMER
We are not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic accidents, natural disasters). If we must cancel due to such an “Act of God,” a full refund of your booking fee will be issued.
